ON DISPLAY: Orange County
Sat., December 3, 2016 • 7:30 - 8 pm
ON DISPLAY is a structured improvisa- tion movement piece that redefines what it means to be “on display,” and society’s obsession with body image. This installation of living sculptures celebrates diversity and our imperfec- tions to redefine beauty, and shift the perception and experience of being stared at. The public is encouraged to move among the performers and photo- graph, tape, broadcast, and post to social media. ON DISPLAY: Orange County was first performed October 2 at the Great Park, where it was filmed. It will be broadcast at the United Nations on Friday, December 2, 2016. Today’s culminating event is simultaneously being performed in many cities globally. PAC Lobby • FREE
