Welcome!
Paying for the cost of a college education requires a partnership among
parents, students and the college. Each partner has responsibilities to
fulfill in meeting that cost. As the cost of higher education continues
to rise, we at Irvine Valley College do not want anyone to be denied an
education because of the lack of financial resources.
All eligible students and parents can receive some type of financial assistance,
regardless of the family's income and assets. To apply, you must complete
a Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) and submit all required
documents each year. With this information, Irvine Valley College can determine
your eligibility for grants, loans and work-study (scholarships require
additional applications).
This web site is designed to assist you and your parents with the financial
aid process at Irvine Valley College. A complete understanding of the programs
and services offered by the Financial Aid Office will enable you to be successful
in your attempts to secure funding.
If you have any questions, comments or concerns about the application, the
process, the programs, or the services offered, please stop by the Financial
Aid Office, which is located in the Student Services Center, Room 120, or
call
us at 949-451-5287.
Sincerely,
Darryl Cox
