Fall 2014 Office Hours:
Tuesday & Thursday 9:30 a.m. - 12:00 p.m.

In my role at Irvine Valley College, I help students create the future they envision by assisting them to move from ideas to meaningful action through the development of a growth mindset. The development of an entrepreneurial or growth mindset helps students recognize the power of their choices, see opportunity instead of problems, and take ownership of their future. The opportunity to work with like-minded faculty, staff, and administrators to build pathways of success for IVC students is my passion and great joy.

In preparation for my work at IVC, I am fortunate to have gained 30 years of leadership and management experience in entrepreneurial and corporate settings, earned a Doctorate in Business Administration, and gained valuable teaching experience at Biola and Concordia Universities.

As a speaker, I have led workshops and seminars in the area of entrepreneurship, leadership, change, organizational behavior, and the entrepreneurial mindset. As a researcher and writer, I have developed curriculum for entrepreneurship, business, and leadership courses. During my 20-year career in management services with ServiceMaster and ARAMARK, I received numerous quality, financial, and operations management awards including the prestigious Marion E. Wade Award of Excellence.
