IVC Customized EWD Training

Irvine Valley College’s Workforce Development partners with our local and regional businesses in delivering customized, tailored training responsive to our businesses’ needs:

  • We collaborate with business in identifying emerging business training needs
  • We conduct in-depth skill assessments of existing employees
  • We collectively determined desired learning outcomes and measurable, and
  • We tailor the specific training to meet the evolving needs of  our business customers

Based upon your company’s needs, IVC EWD can offer customized business and technical training in-person, on-site, online, and by blending of online and onsite.
