The Faculty

Our outstanding faculty are carefully chosen from the public and private sectors for their knowledge, experience and teaching ability. They recognize the extensive prior experience of participants and attempt to build on those experiences.

They are knowledgeable about the needs and interests of older adults and conduct their classes accordingly.

All faculty members meet the qualifications established by the California Community College system. Most have at least a bachelor's degree and work experience in their field, and many have advanced degrees and/or professional training.
