Emeritus Institute Foundation

The Emeritus Institute is a proud partner with the Irvine Valley College Foundation (IVCF), whose mission is to build friends and raise funds in support of the students of Irvine Valley College.

Millions of dollars have been raised for scholarships, endowments, capital improvements and outreach programs for needy students. Funds raised through the Emeritus Institute are used to provide classroom supplies, materials and equipment; to offer new and improved curriculum; to sponsor special activities and events; and to promote new programs.

Hundreds of donors have contributed to this effort over the years, among them private benefactors; local businesses; national corporations; service organizations; and the IVC faculty, staff and administration.

All donations to the IVC Foundation for the Emeritus Institute are tax-exempt under IRS code 501(c)(3), for non-profit organizations (federal tax I.D. number 77-0239916).
