Do you accept infants?
No. We are currently licensed for children ages 2½ and potty trained through 5 years of age.
Does my child have to be potty trained?
Yes! Your child must be potty trained for group care, which means that he/she must be able to go to the bathroom without assistance.
Do I have to be a student at IVC to bring my child to your program?
No. You do not have to be a student at the college to enroll your child in the program.
Do I have to live in the city of Irvine to enroll in your program?
No. You do not have to be a resident of Irvine to enroll your child in the program.
Do I have priority registration if I am a student?
Yes. Students receive priority registration if there are openings.
Do you have half-days?
No. Parents can pick-up early if they choose, but the tuition rate remains the same.
Do you provide lunch?
The center does not provide lunch; however, we provide milk and juice along with four very nutritious snacks per day.
Does my child have to nap?
We require that children rest quietly on their mats for approximately forty-five minutes.
Do you prepare children for kindergarten?
Yes. We have a Readiness Program, which is introduced in the spring just prior to your child's enrollment in kindergarten.
