Retail Management Certificate

Designed by managers of major retail corporations, the Retail Management program prepares individuals to be effective managers or for promotion to management in the retail industry. The courses assist students in understanding the scope of the retail manager's job and the requirements for success.

There are 10 courses in the certificate including classes in business communications, management, marketing, accounting and human resource management. Many of these courses are available on-line and can be completed on your home computer at your convenience.

Completion of this Certificate enhances the opportunity for entry-level employment as well as advancement in a variety of retail careers.
