Opening Reception and Awards Ceremony April 9, 6-8pm
April 9 - May 7th, 2009 (Tentative).
Gallery Hours: Wednesday through Friday 1-6 pm or by appointment
Eligibility: ALL MEDIA submissions are welcome and encouraged. Students may submit a total of four entries. Submitted work must have been completed while enrolled in IVC art classes during Summer 08, Fall 08 and/or Spring 2009 semesters.
Entry Procedures: For each entry please fill out the 2-part identification label. Follow instructions on each section. Print or type your submission(s) legibly and neatly. The 2009 Entry Form is available below or at the Campus Art Gallery, B112.
Presentation: All works on paper must be matted and/or framed and ready to hang (all hanging hardware attached.) Work on canvas does not need to be framed, but must be wired for hanging and edges should be neat with no visible staples. Work on canvas board must be framed. No wet paintings will accepted.
IMPORTANT DATES:
Drop off work: March 25, 1-6pm and Friday March 26, 1-6pm
Notification of acceptance: Tuesday, March 31 (list will be posted on Gallery door.)
Pick up of unaccepted work: Wednesday April 1, 1-6 pm
Pick of all accepted work: Friday May 8, 1-6 pm
IVC Art Gallery is not responsible for work not picked up.
