Please download, open and read the "BOSI Overview and Entry Procedures" document for complete details on the IVC BOSI (Bi-Annual Outdoor Sculpture Invitational). This document will provide you with our Arts Mission, General BOSI information, aesthetic and physical considerations, and entry procedures.

BOSI SUBMISSION INSTRUCTIONS AND FORMS
APPLICATION: Please download and complete the provided application to your computer. Resave the file with the following file name, "Last Name First Name and Number of Works Submitted" (example: Smith David 3).
Application Form for use in "Microsoft Word"
Application Form for use in "Preview" (version 4.1) or "Adobe Acrobat Professional"
IMAGES: Submitted images should be JPEG format (1024 pixels on the longest side at 72 resolution), and clearly marked so as to correspond to submission information on the application. Please make sure the image includes the title of the work.
SUBMIT: Attach the completed application form and images to an email and send to ivcbosi@ivc.edu. Up to three works may be submitted for consideration. please include in your email subject line "BOSI Submission: Artist Name".
DEADLINE: Submissions will be accepted through midnight February 28, 2009.
CONFIRMATION: Each submitting artist will receive an email-generated confirmation of his/her submission.
AWARDS: Awards will be posted on the IVC BOSI website no later than March 15, 2009.
