The Lasers are considered one of the three best teams in Southern California along with Santa Barbara and College of the Canyons."I have done all that I can think of to prepare them for the next three weeks of playoffs," Coach Ben Burnett said of the conference finals, upcoming Southern California Regionals and possible state championships. "I told the team that even though some players have felt sick and been exhausted on the team, no other conference team can beat us. "We can only beat ourselves if we fail to focus on strategy, course management and speed of our first putt, rather than rely 100 percent on ball striking skills."The conference finals will be played today and on Wednesday at Los Serranos.
