Women's golf team takes three of four

The Irvine Valley women's golf team dropped just its second match in Orange Empire Conference play on Monday.
the team fell to Santiago Canyon at El Prado in Chino Hills.
But the Lasers still won three of four matches and remained way in front in the Orange Empire Conference standings with a record of 34-2 overall.
Santiago Canyon finished first with a team score of 335. IVC was next at 349. Santa Ana came in third at 354, Saddleback was fourth at 391 and Fullerton did not have a team score.
Freshman Felicia Titus and sophomore Courtney Schroeder led IVC, carding scores of 83.
Freshman Sam Roberts was next at 88 and freshman Bianca Brown and sophomores Alex Calvillo and Val Watts each came in at 95 for the Lasers.
IVC plays another conference match on Wednesday. Fullerton is the host at Los Serranos in Chino Hills.
