What to do if you forget your PIN number

Your PIN is a 4 digit number that is printed once each semester on your registration permit. If you have forgotten it, you will have to come in person to the Admissions office with a photo ID. We take your privacy very seriously, therefore it is not given out over the phone or through email. There are no exceptions to this policy.

Hopefuly when you logged into MySite you set up a "hint question" that will help you remember your password. To access this option, go to MySite and click the Forgot Your PIN link. If you haven't setup a "hint question" in the system, please do so to avoid forgetting your PIN number in the future.

Remember - we cannot tell you your PIN number over the phone and we cannot send it to you in an email. You have to go to the Admissions office in person with a photo ID if you forgot your PIN.
