I am a CMA and work for a management consulting firm in San Juan Capistrano. We have an immediate need for an accountant that can grow into a Controller. This position is an excellent opportunity for a recent grad who is willing to roll up their sleeves and dig in. They will start with general accounting, payables & receivables management and can grow as far as the candidate is willing to learn. They will be exposed to multiple small to medium size entities both public and private in several industries. This position is an excellent learning opportunity for someone who is willing to make a commitment work hard with the hope of staying with the company long term.
