IVC BOSI Project 2008-2009

Thank you for your interest in our successful inaugural Outdoor Sculpture Invitational. Your support ofIVC's efforts to bring public art to our community college campus in Irvine, Calforina has resulted in thetwenty-four month lease of five works of art by five awarded artists currently working in California and Arizona.

IVC Permanent Collection

Jon Seeman's Elementsin Motion has been recently purchased by the Associated Students of Irvine Valley College, and gifted to the College. In addition, Irvine Valley College has purchased Esmoreit Koetsier's Compression. These two works hold the distinction of being the first two works in the new IVC Permanent Sculpture Collection.

II: BOSI SUBMISSION INSTRUCTIONS& ONLINE FORMS

Please click the above headline to complete the online submission application and upload corresponding images of work(s). When finished, press the "submit" button at the bottom of the form. All submissions will receive an email-generated confirmation.

III: IMAGE SUBMISSION GUIDELINES

IMAGES: Submitted images should be JPEG format, no larger than 5 MB and clearly marked so as to correspond to submission information on the application. Please make sure the image includes the title of the work.

IV: DEADLINES, CONFIRMATIONS AND AWARDS

DEADLINE: BOSI 2010-2011 submissions will be accepted through midnight October 31,2010.

CONFIRMATION: Each submitting artist will receive an email-generated confirmation of his/her submission. These emails are 'no reply' emails and should not be used for requests or additional information.

AWARDS: Awards will be posted on the IVC BOSI website no later thanNovember 30, 2010.
