Welcome to Irvine Valley College (IVC), an institution that is dedicated to student success and to a tradition of providing high quality, accessible, and affordable education for all. Since 1985, Irvine Valley College has been improving the quality of life for residents of southern Orange County. More than 13,000 students are enrolled in IVC’s day, evening, and online programs. IVC’s transfer rate is #1 in Orange County and #3 among all California Community Colleges. We proudly boast that our students transfer to the California State University (CSU) or University of California (UC) system, as well as a host of other prestigious campuses across the nation. The college prides itself in an active athletic program, including our Men’s Volleyball Team who has won back-to-back state championship titles (2008 and 2007). In addition, IVC’s student government annually sponsors over 20 student clubs and co-curricular programs, including award-winning Forensics, Model United nations, and Administration of Justice teams.

Last fall, the college celebrated an exciting milestone with the debut of our beautiful new $34 million Performing Arts Center, which opened its doors for classes, shows, and concerts. This year, the $19 million, 53,000 square-foot two-story Business Sciences Technology and Innovation Center will open its doors and provide state-of-the-art classrooms and labs. These two projects are just part of an ambitious $100 million building program that will transform the entire campus over the next five years. These and other exciting new additions will allow IVC to continue to provide students with the finest education possible at one of Orange County’s most innovative colleges.
